I served as Staff Chaplain at St. Vincent's in Birmingham, AL for 7 years, and received my Clinical Pastoral Education Residency from UAB Hospital. I am a board certified chaplain through the Association of Professional Chaplains, and an ordained and endorsed minister. I have officiated numerous weddings from elopements in my own home, to a ceremony at midnight on New Year's Eve at the fountain in downtown Birmingham, to very large weddings. I am also a published writer with a children's book entitled "Growing Wings" and a blog entitled "unveiledanduntangled.com." I have beautiful and meaningful ceremony options and will revise until the ceremony is perfect for your relationship, personalities, and goals. I can provide you with many resources to use for ongoing marriage enrichment, which I highly recommend for all couples. My name is David John Peacock. I am an ordained protestant minister, married to my bride Jill and together we have two grown children. I currently serve as the Director of Pastoral Care at Shelby Medical Center in Alabaster, Alabama, and I am also a board certified chaplain with the Association of Professional Chaplains. I was born in Vermont, and have lived all over the United States including; California, Colorado, Tennessee, Georgia and Alabama where I have performed weddings in homes, churches, on beaches and in the mountains.
